These months, I have been really loving the backpack trend. With the many cuts and colors they come in you can not not find the right one for you. Additionally to just providing enough room to pack all your stuff(and boy, do we ladies have a lot), they are also adding up to your outfit and are ideal for combining with a simple cotton dress or the unbeatable distressed jeans T-Shirt combo.

These days more and more people are struggling with body image. But why is that so? Being surrounded by pictures of ultra thin models or completely toned fitness pros doesn't make things easier. But should we let that define how we see ourselves?

We hear it all the time, oh, she's too skinny or oh, she's slightly overweight, she's too high, too toned, or completely out of shape, what all of these things have in common is that they are all EXTREMES.

People tend to judge (no way around that), but it's how you deal with that and the things you love about yourself that matter the most. Finding that balance, when you are able to embrace flaws and feel the confidence that you deserve, is what everyone wants. Instead of copying for example models, bodybuilders, their diets (it's okay to have a fitness inspiration), you should try listening to what your body needs and what sports suits you best.

It's because of all these misconceptions that people struggle so much, do radical/crash diets or completely exhaust themselves by trying out boutique fitness trends. Often just listening to magazine advice and trying to cut time (of which the majority is disappointed after the attempt).

Even if the journey to body confidence takes longer, it sure is worth it. Strong bodies come in all shapes, and that is what the ESPN athletes wanted to show with their covers, so why don't we all just stop body shaming and embrace the body we have.

HOLA! Que tal? Another week has passed and new locations have been found. This week it's all about the food places.

The first place, I'm gonna point out this week is Manufaktura. A magical place, filled with many products from this area, so if you're looking for an authentic Serbian vibe, be sure to pay this place a visit during your stay. (Kralja Petra 13-15)

The second place, that I'm virtually taking you to is Korto. Like the full name says, it truly is coffee and more (try out the chicken salad with their special dressing, it's perfection). All filled up with modern art ( and what's the most important, their arm chairs and sofas are so so comfortable, you're gonna want to stay there for a while), it is a place for all the modern travelers out there. (Nusiceva 6)

Be sure to send me what you think either via E-Mail, twitter(@agitatrixblog) or share your pics on insta with the #agitatrix, have fun

You heard me right, the time has finally come for my #belgradeconfidential weekly updates about the newest and hottest locations my hometown has to offer.

Today we're kicking it off with two of the coolest place for all my coffee and tea lovers ('cuz you know coffee is my staple piece)

The first one was discovered by me during a recent stroll around town, Zona Industriale is located in Njegoseva street (numero 49). What it has to offer, you ask me? With an authentic industrial vibe and a nice pop of color, it is the perfect place to just sit back and rest after a discovery tour through Bg. This combined with their dreamlike cappuccinos and fresh pressed juice (not to forget that their prices are fairly cheap, when compared to some other, not so nice cafes), makes it a double win. Be sure to check it out during your next stay in town.

P.S. What most people don't know, you can find this bar on two other locations in the city (Andre Nikolica 7 and 25.maj).

The other hot spot, for all my hipsters out there is Coffee Room Palace (Toplicin venac 17). With a slightly shabby chic atmosphere and charming interior, it makes the cakes there taste even better. Oh, wait, did I almost forget to mention all the cakes, pastries and ice cream they offer too, oh sorry, my bad. I'm definitely daring you to try the chocolate tart there, it's heaven in a cake form (tastes best when you order an espresso together with it)
